PIGMENT INTERNATIONAL SNAGS PARTNER AWARD AT INAUGURAL SPECTRUM CHICAGO
Pigment International participated in the inaugural Spectrum Chicago Art Fair held at the Merchandise Mart, and came away with Spectrum’s 2026 Inaugural Partner Award.
Many thanks to the amazing creatives who showcased their work - Steve Bravo, Edo, Jesse Howard, Candace Hunter, Salome Jaffe, Max Sansing and Howard Simmons.
Students from Gary Comer Youth Center (GCYC) attended and toured the show floor where they met artists from across the country, and heard from Redwood’s Managing Director of Marketing, Linda Mariano to learn more about the fair and its impact on the careers of artists.
Thank you to our partners Diasporal Rhythms, Sola Contemporary, C.A.I Designs, Yin Society, and Norman Teague Design for assisting in making this a memorable first-time Chicago event. The Pigment booth was a hub of activity and the most comfortable spot in th house. And a special shout out to the wonderful artists and galleries we met from across the country. You make our culture richer and more diverse, and that’s a good thing. We look forward to connecting with you in the future.
Spectrum and the Chicago Art Fair, both managed by the Redwood Group, will be returning to Chicago in 2027. Also returning to the Chicago art scene will be SOFA Chicago, the fair dedicated to sculptural objects, functional art and collectible design. The fairs will run concurrently at The Mart, October 28 – 31, 2027.
Thanks to those collectors who walked away with something wonderful. There is still an opportunity to purchase art, merch and our latest Pigment magazine, visit our store We Love Art.
